Sales Assistant

We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant for our South Orange County office. This Full Time position offers a base salary, commission plan, Quarterly bonuses, on the job mentoring and training, a state of the art CRM and all the tools and products you need to be successful.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the National Sales Team while they are out of the office, helping with research on clients in new markets, generating contacts and finding contact info with existing and new clients in new markets. The Sales Assistant will be trained in all aspects of the business with the goal of becoming an Account Executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with clients, emails, calls and contracts while sales team is traveling
Assist with research on clients and potential clients in new markets
Inputting of contact information into Salesforce
Set up calls with interested potential clients
Assist with venue contracts and negotiations
Travel to events as needed
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma required - Associate's degree or BA/BS is preferred
Additional Qualifications
1-3 years of sales or sales support or account administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Effective prioritization skills
