Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

As Sous Chef, you will be a primary "go-to" for the kitchen staff. That means you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the functions and flow of the back of the house.

Job Requirements
o 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
o Previous restaurant management preferred
o Graduate of an accredited culinary program preferred
o Must work well individually and as a team player
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Previous Italian Cuisine preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
