Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

As Sous Chef, you will be a primary go-to for the kitchen staff. That means you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the functions and flow of the back of the house.
Job Requirements
o 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
o Previous restaurant management preferred
o Graduate of an accredited culinary program preferred
o Must work well individually and as a team player
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Previous Italian Cuisine preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
