- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Assist with check-ins and check-outs - Handle appointments and cancellations - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area - Process insurance claims, collect payments from patients Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiar working with with dental insurance - Experience with Dentrix software is a plus We are a growing practice, and for the right person, there is a lot of room for growth in this position over time.
