Applicant would be joining a talented and fun group who will support each other as the business continues to grow.

Prior aesthetics experience/knowledge a plus.

A successful candidate will ensure this mission is upheld by supporting our Providers and staff in the highest professional capacity.
Position Duties The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Updates and contributes to practice social media channels and prepares monthly patient email communication Updates policies, procedures and intake forms that will improve day-to-day operations.
Participates in training of support staff Leads coordination and integration of efforts to retain patients, and conducts outreach communication to unconverted consultations Marketing via social media as well as out bound calls Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community Plan and schedule content for posts.
reels, and stories weekly Create graphics for promotion, educational and monthly special content Work with SEO company for website content updates Measure insights and analytics to track content, performance and engagement Video and Photography needed for treatments and events Monitor company reviews from all platforms Create and manage Newsletter campaigns, promotions, and events Qualifications Aprima or similar practice management software experience preferred Dermatology and Aesthetics experience preferred Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Marketing experience preferred Education and Background Extensive and diversified background with at least 2 years of related medical experience.
Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
College Graduates encouraged to apply.
