Realign Detox is a six bed, boutique facility nestled in beautiful Laguna Niguel.
We are an established facility that has operated in the area for many years, and are proud to be accredited by The Joint Commission.
We service adults with substance use and mental health disorders By providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients and staff alike.
We are currently hiring for a behavioral health technician to work our Morning shift (Friday- Tuesday) or Afternoon shift (Saturday - Wednesday).
Previous experience with substance abuse is preferred, but not required as training is provided.
Duties include monitoring patients via safety checks, completing paperwork, assisting with environment of care responsibilities, and maintaining availability for clients who have urgent issues that arise overnight.
Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits and paid time off (PTO).
Pay is commensurate with experience at $19-$21 per hour.
Promotion opportunities once experience has been gained.
We are able to offer CADC training for the right candidate.
The Support Staff is responsible for the complete care and well-being of the clients while they are receiving services at the facility.
Support staff will maintain open line of communication with staff, attending clinicians and physicians, and clients and families.
General
Qualifications:
Must have valid California State driver's license.
RADT/SUDRC Registration highly preferred.
