Experienced Front Office/Insurance Biller

Requirements:
-Previous dental billing experience (minimum 4 years preferred) -Dental claim submission experience (We use Eaglesoft!) -Previous Experience with Eaglesoft -Thorough knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans and Dentical -Effective communication of insurance benefits and treatment plans to patients -Follow up with insurance/patients on outstanding claims/collection -Recall reports

- Be professional, friendly and outgoing! - Be detail-oriented and extremely well-organized - Have excellent phone, conversational, verbal and written skills - Work well with all members of our fun and professional team - Be proficient with computers and quickly learn new programs for data entry - Be an excellent multi-tasker and efficient with prioritizing tasks - Have exceptional follow-through - Be a proactive team player and assist with responsibilities/solve problems independently
