5K - $50K a year Seeking a full time cheerful, professional, receptionist to fill a full-time front office position for our dental office located in Laguna Niguel.
It is important that you are a team player; possess excellent organizational skills, professional and have courteous phone etiquette.
+Dental background a plus
Duties include but not limited to:
Cheerfully greeting and checking in patients Answering & fielding incoming calls Check voice mail messages throughout the day Assisting patients with updating health histories Insuring that we have correct insurance & contact information on our patients at all times Keeping reception area tidy Confirm reserved appointment times Pull charts for the next business day File Back Charts before the end of the business day This position will require a cheerful, multitasking, team player.
The ideal candidate will have be helpful and have a fun loving attitude.
