TEACHER ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION Strategic Kids Teacher Assistants take direction from a Special Education Classroom Teacher or General Education Teacher to help elementary, middle, or high school special needs students with autism, learning disabilities, behavioral issues, or other health impairments during the school day.

REQUIREMENTS > 18 years old or older > Speak English > Have an updated driver's license and your own vehicle (car) to drive to assigned school(s) > Live within 15 miles from assigned school(s) in Orange County > Pass Live Scan Fingerprints through Dept.
of Justice (paid for by Strategic Kids) > Work posted schedule or any modifications NETWORKING A fantastic way to network with staff for university and college students pursuing a K-12 teacher, school counselor, or school psychologist degree/credential.
